Council Baradel Welcomes Michael P. Collins to Its Litigation Practice

Council Baradel is pleased to announce that Michael P. Collins, Jr. has joined the firm as a litigation attorney. Michael brings experience handling business and commercial disputes in both state and federal courts, strengthening the firm’s litigation capabilities.

Michael’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business ownership issues, and shareholder matters. He also advises clients on complex legal and business issues, including electronic discovery and information management.

Before joining Council Baradel, Michael practiced at a firm where he represented businesses in a wide range of litigation matters and served as trusted counsel to organizations of varying sizes. He works closely with clients to develop practical, results-driven strategies aligned with their business objectives.

Michael received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
