Family Law Associate

Council Baradel, a law firm located in Annapolis, Maryland, seeks an outgoing and energetic family law attorney. The ideal candidate must have strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills. The primary duties of the position include representing family law clients with issues including separation and divorce, custody and visitation, spousal and child support, marital property, and protective orders.

What qualifications are required?

  • J.D. from accredited law school
  • License to practice law in Maryland and good standing with Maryland Bar
  • One to five years of experience practicing law in the State of Maryland
  • District Court experience a plus
  • Experience in family law handling discovery, negotiations and trials a plus
  • Charismatic and highly motivated

Compensation is commensurate with experience and skills (base salary $85,000 - $110,000) with additional bonus opportunities.
