Michael P. Collins, Jr.

Michael Collins focuses his practice on representing businesses in a broad range of commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. He has significant experience handling sophisticated litigation matters involving contractual issues, ownership conflicts, and shareholder disagreements. His practice also includes managing the complexities of electronic discovery and advising clients on obligations related to electronically stored information and document production.

In addition to his litigation work, Michael serves as outside counsel to companies of varying sizes, providing practical legal guidance informed by his courtroom experience. He partners with clients to develop strategic solutions aligned with their operational and business objectives. Early in his career, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sally D. Adkins of the Maryland Supreme Court.
