Collin L. Brown

Collin focuses his practice on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, protective orders, and domestic violence proceedings.

Before joining Council Baradel, Collin practiced family law in Annapolis, where he represented clients in mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials and handled matters involving contempt, protective orders, and uncontested divorces.

Collin previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael E. Malone of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. He also gained litigation experience as a legal assistant and as a Rule 19 Student Attorney in the Saul Ewing Civil Advocacy Clinic, where he successfully argued before the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore City.

Collin earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
